Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or special promotions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item.
